Partner Terms & Acceptable Use Policy
Version 2026-06-15
These terms govern your participation in the GROW Partner Programme (the “Programme”). By applying you agree to them. We may update them on notice; continued participation means acceptance.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and complete our application. We may grant, refuse or revoke participation at our sole discretion. One account per partner. You must own or control each channel you promote on, keep valid payment and tax details current, and not be a sanctioned person or entity.
2. Commission
Your commission rate is shown in your dashboard and is earned only on payments we actually receive and keep. We may change rates prospectively on notice. Commission is a one-time payment per referred customer — either a fixed bounty or a percentage of that customer's monthly subscription fee — paid once, after their first full month is collected and cleared. It is not a recurring share of the customer's subscription and does not continue for as long as they remain subscribed.
3. Payment — completed, fully-paid orders only
Payouts are made only on completed, fully-paid orders tracked from your unique links and partner promo codes, and only after the refund/chargeback window has closed. A referred customer’s first month is pro-rated for billing fairness; commission confirms — once, per customer — once the full monthly amount has been collected. Once collected and cleared, payment is issued in 7-14 working days, paid monthly, subject to a £50 minimum (sub-threshold balances roll over).
4. Clawback
A refund, chargeback, failed payment, reversal, fraud or breach cancels the related commission. Amounts already paid are deducted from your next payout; a negative balance carries forward.
5. Tracking
Attribution is last-click within a 60-day window plus your unique promo codes. We are not liable where tracking fails (cookies cleared/blocked, different device, or otherwise untrackable). Self-referrals and direct-to-partner orders are ineligible.
6. Prohibited promotion methods
- Bidding on our brand name, variations, misspellings, or display URLs in paid search without written consent.
- Spam or breaches of CAN-SPAM, CASL, PECR, or GDPR.
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, pop-unders, hidden frames, URL masking, or cloaking.
- Bots, scrapers, or automation.
- Unauthorised coupon/discount codes or placement on coupon-aggregator sites.
- Incentivised sign-ups (cash, rewards, sweepstakes).
- Self-referrals, including family, employer, or related persons.
- False or misleading claims, fake reviews, impersonation, or undisclosed affiliate relationships (FTC disclosure is required).
7. Acceptable Use — prohibited content
You may not promote us, place our links, or display our brand on, alongside, or in connection with any content or property that contains, facilitates, links to, or relates to (including but not limited to):
- hate speech, or content inciting hatred, violence or discrimination against any protected characteristic (race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age);
- harassment, bullying, threats, defamation, libel, or doxxing;
- religious or political advocacy, campaigning, or proselytising;
- sexually explicit, pornographic or adult content, nudity, escort or sexual services, or sexual deepfakes;
- content sexualising, exploiting or endangering minors, including CSAM;
- human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labour, or prostitution;
- violence, gore, or instruction on violence, weapons, or explosives;
- terrorism, violent extremism, or sanctioned organisations or individuals;
- illegal or criminal activity, fraud, or money laundering;
- illegal drugs or controlled substances, paraphernalia, online pharmacies, counterfeit medicines, or unapproved supplements;
- weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, or related parts and instructions;
- unlicensed, illegal or restricted gambling, betting, lotteries, or gaming;
- alcohol, tobacco, vaping, or other age-restricted goods without lawful age/geo-gating;
- malware, ransomware, spyware, phishing, hacking, or credential theft;
- self-harm, suicide, or eating-disorder content;
- deceptive, get-rich-quick, MLM, pyramid, Ponzi, payday-loan, debt-relief, or guaranteed-return crypto schemes;
- intellectual-property infringement, counterfeit goods, pirated content, or unlicensed IPTV;
- content disparaging us or any third party;
- spam, scraped or purchased lists, or unsolicited bulk messaging; and
- any other content we reasonably deem harmful, misleading, unlawful, or likely to bring us into disrepute.
This list is illustrative and not exhaustive. We may add to it at any time at our sole discretion.
8. Compliance with law
You must abide by all applicable laws, including consumer-protection, advertising/endorsement disclosure, anti-spam, data-protection (GDPR/UK GDPR/CCPA), export-control, and sanctions laws. Any partner found in breach of these terms or of local laws will be suspended with no further payout.
9. Termination & forfeiture
Either party may end participation on 15 days’ notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately and without notice for breach, fraud, abuse, or prohibited content. On termination for breach, all accrued and unpaid commission is forfeited. We may withhold payment pending investigation.
10. Brand & intellectual property
We grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use approved brand assets, unaltered, solely to promote the Programme. No implied endorsement or partnership. Cease use on request.
11. Tax
You are solely responsible for your taxes, duties, and bank/transfer fees. Valid tax documentation (e.g. W-9 or W-8BEN) may be required before your first payout, and we may withhold where required by law.
12. Liability
The Programme is provided “as is” with no warranty on tracking accuracy or earnings, and no revenue guarantee. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect, consequential and punitive damages, and our aggregate liability is capped at the commission earned by you in the prior 12 months.
13. General
You are an independent contractor (no partnership, agency or employment). You indemnify us for your breach, content, or promotion methods. The payment, IP, confidentiality, indemnity and liability provisions survive termination. We may amend these terms on notice via the dashboard or email.
